MIT dorm rooms

We have a block of rooms for the conference set aside in Next House for June 21-30, 2004 (and a limited number on June 20). Next House is an undergraduate residence hall located at 500 Memorial Drive (map). The room block consists of 50 singles and 35 doubles. The prices for the single rooms are $47 per night and the double rooms are $63 per night per room. These rooms are basic dorm rooms with 1 or 2 twin beds, a desk, chair, closet, phone and chest of drawers. The rooms come with linens and towels and are serviced by housekeeping daily. Bathrooms are shared and are located on each floor.

Dorm room reservations are made through the conference registration form. If you have already registered for the conference and want to add a dorm room reservation, please go to that same form and follow the instructions.

If you need to make changes to your reservation dates or cancel your reservation, please contact us at ; do not contact Next House.

All dorm reservations must be made by June 4, 2004.

Hotels

We have arranged for blocks of rooms at several local hotels to be set aside for the conference. Make your reservations directly with the hotel. In order to get the prices listed below, ask for the "Richard Stanley Conference" rate. After the cutoff date for each hotel, the rooms may not be available or may be available at a higher price.
