Caroline Moosmüller

I am a Stefan E. Warschawski Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of California, San Diego.

In Fall 2022 I will be joining the Department of Mathematics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Research and Publications

My research interests are in the areas of data science, numerical analysis, and applications in cancer research. Please see my publications for more detail.
My research is supported by NSF award DMS-2111322, by an AMS-Simons travel grant and by the ASciNA mentoring program.

Since 2021, I am a co-organizer of the Math department's postdoc seminar.

Teaching

In Spring 2022 I teach MATH 170B (Introduction to Numerical Analysis: Approximation and nonlinear equations). For course material and past courses at UCSD, see here.

AWM
