Subject: Math 20A Final Exam

Dear Math 20A Students,

The final exam for Math 20A is *SATURDAY* (December 3) from 3:00-6:00 P.M.

Information about the final exam, including exam locations, can be found on the course website:

Please be aware that most final exam locations are different than midterm exam locations.

You must bring your Student ID (so it can be checked during the exam). You may bring one sheet 
of notes (both sides are okay), but they must be handwritten (no photocopies).

You may bring one (double-sided) page of handwritten notes (no photocopies). No calculators or other 
electronic devices will be allowed during the examination.

about the exam, such as exam locations, which topics will be covered, and what you can and cannot bring

one of the Math 20A lectures at UCSD this Fall Quarter. (I am the course coordinator for Math 20A 
this quarter.)

*First Day of Classes*
The first day of instruction for Math 20A is FRIDAY, Sep 23. (Discussion sections will not meet 
on Thursday, Sep 22.) Please see the course calendar for our full schedule:

*Online Homework*
This quarter we are using an online homework system called WebAssign. 

If you were enrolled in (or on a waitlist for) Math 20A as of 10:00 AM on 20 Sep 2016, a WebAssign
account was made for you and you were added to the Math 20A WebAssign roster. You should have 
received an email from WebAssign with further information on how to access the course. Homework 
assignments will not be available until September 23.

There are two ways to gain access to WebAssign:
1. Purchase the textbook from the UCSD Bookstore, which comes with a WebAssign access code.
2. Purchase ELECTRONIC ONLY access from the WebAssign website.
